Be the most stress-free host there’s ever been! At Lighthouse Knoxville, our professional staff will take care of you and your guests during your time with us. Select from a variety of options, including food/bar menu, and preferred vendors for flowers, cakes, and more. Allow us to take some of the planning stress off your shoulders so that all you have to think about is being the life of the party!
Our grounds have rolling hills, fields, horses, and a beautiful water feature that will impress any guest. Large windows in the Main Event and Pondside rooms offer a relaxing view of the pond, with access to our large patio and deck.
Lighthouse Knoxville is conveniently located off of Bearden Hill, just minutes from downtown and West Knoxville, with plenty of free, on-site parking available.
Party Rental Options:
- Pricing: ranges from $300-1500 depending on which room and date/time for 4 hour rental, additional time in the space can be added.
- 4 rooms to choose from, variety of food/bar menu items, and preferred vendors for flowers, cakes & photography.
- All event rentals include tables, chairs, black linens, use of tv & a/v equipment. setup/cleanup. We can setup tables to guests’ specifications. 4 hour rental.
- Room rental prices do not include food/beverage, decorations, etc. These prices are NOT for weddings.
