Lighthouse Knoxville was established in 2012 as a full service wedding venue and event space, built on a property with deep roots dating back to The Hungry Fisherman in the 1970s. Over time, it has become a staple of West Knoxville, known for its charm, character, and memorable experiences.

Founded by Preston Smith and now managed by his son, Hayden Smith, the venue remains proudly family run. After celebrating his own wedding here in 2024, Hayden brings a personal understanding and hands-on approach to every event.

Located in the heart of West Knoxville, our property offers a peaceful retreat with a picturesque pond and iconic striped lighthouse. Today, we are a full-service event center providing in-house planning, catering, and day-of coordination, along with unique touches like our photogenic grounds and the “neigh-boring” horses that often make an appearance.
