Give us 48 hours advance notice and we’ll take the hassle out of lunching in for you and your team.  You can pick it up here or we’ll deliver – no delivery fee!  Call 865-247-6072 to order.

Minimum order of 10 meals; minimum of 10 when ordering a hot food bar; individual meal packaging available upon request.

Paper plates, napkins, plasticware and serving utensils are included.


Boxed Sandwich Lunch – $9.50

Italian Sandwich on French Baguette with pepperoni, capocollo, genoa salami, lettuce, tomato, red onion and provolone cheese with Italian dressing

Chicken Avocado Melt on Focaccia with chicken, avocado, red roasted pepper, red onion, Swiss cheese and chipotle aioli

Roast Beef Melt with caramelized onions, gruyere cheese, and arugula with garlic horseradish aioli on sourdough

Ciabatta Panini with chicken, turkey, or ham, provolone, red onion, red roasted peppers and arugula

Ground taco beef or chicken, refried beans, Spanish rice, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, flour tortillas & chips

Beef chili or white bean chicken chili; corn bread or jalapeño muffins; with toppings of sour cream, avocado, cheese, and scallions; and Fritos® or tortilla chips

Baked Chicken – parmesan panko-encrusted thin chicken breast topped with arugula parmesan salad.

Meatballs – Turkey or Chicken meatballs with feta cheese, red roasted peppers, and harissa aioli.

Pork Loin – roasted in a honey butter garlic sauce.

Grilled Flank Steak – served with chimichurri and avocado yogurt dip.

Country Fried Steak – served with white gravy and biscuits.
