Seared Pork Tenderloin with Cranberry Pecan Chutney – Seared pork medallions topped with a chutney of sautéed vegetables, pecans, and cranberries

Loaded Meatloaf – A combination of ground beef and pork with sautéed vegetables, fresh herbs, and cheese and topped with a barbecue tomato sauce

Tennessee Whiskey Chicken – Breaded and baked chicken slow roasted in Jack Daniels whiskey and garlic

Moroccan Chicken – Chicken braised in spices, garlic, onions, olives, and preserved lemons

Short Ribs – Boneless short ribs with maple glaze

Roast Prime Rib – Served au jus (market price)
