Rosemary & Garlic Crusted Lamb – Lamb cured in herbs and garlic, then slow-braised until tender and covered in a rich demi-glace

Seasoned Pork Tenderloin with Cranberry Pecan Chutney – Seared pork medallions topped with a chutney of sautéed vegetables, pecans, and cranberries

Chicken Carbonara – Sautéed chicken tossed with crispy bacon, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and peas and topped with a creamy parmesan sauce

Loaded Meatloaf – A combination of ground beef and pork with sautéed vegetables, fresh herbs, and cheese and topped with a barbecue tomato sauce

Tennessee Whiskey Chicken – Chicken slow roasted in Jack Daniels whiskey and garlic

Smokey Mountain BBQ – Chicken, pork, or beef rubbed in signature Lighthouse spices, smoked low and slow and served with house-made BBQ sauce

Moroccan Chicken – Chicken braised in spices, garlic, onions, olives, and preserved lemons

Grilled Beef  Tenderloin – Tender beef, grilled and topped with a wine-garlic sauce

Marinated Angus Roast Beef – Served au jus
